Why we started this.
We got tired of watching good software die in the handoff between the people who design it and the people who ship it.
Logicentra started in 2021 with two engineers who kept landing on the same kind of project: a product that had been designed well, scoped reasonably, and then fell apart somewhere between the spec and production — because the people who wrote the spec and the people who wrote the code never really talked.
So we built the opposite of that. One team that designs, builds, and runs the software it ships, with no handoff in the middle where things go quiet. Everyone who touches a project reads the same spec, sits in the same standup, and answers the same support ticket six months later.
Fourteen people now, spread across four time zones, still working the same way: write it down, ship it in small pieces, and stay around long enough to see if it actually held up.
